I had a fantastic time chatting with Kankana from housekeeping, who really made me feel at home. The room was very clean and comfortable, with fresh towels waiting for me, which is always a plus!

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable when you need a place to crash before a flight.

My stay was really pleasant, especially with how close I was to places like the bustling Biswa Bangla Gate, just under 5 km away, and the serene Ramakrishna Math, not far at all for a peaceful afternoon stroll. the staff were genuinely welcoming, making my brief visit feel very homely.

Man, I wasn’t ready for how comfy this spot was. Room was clean, and I got a dope rain shower that hit different after my long day. Front desk coulda been friendlier tho, just sayin'. Also, that Wi-Fi? Mad fast for my work needs. I really felt at home here.

Consider requesting fresh towels daily to enhance your comfort during longer stays.

Check-in took longer than it should due to faulty POS machines, leading to multiple swipes. The bathroom design featured glass walls, which not only compromised privacy but also made it challenging for anyone sharing the room to navigate at night without disturbing the other person.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express Kolkata Airport By Ihg was quite delightful. The staff were exceptionally attentive, assisting with my luggage and ensuring I had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, featuring a wide variety of options, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and had a comfy vibe, but it definitely looked a bit worn out. I loved the fast Wi-Fi, perfect for getting work done. Also, that rain shower? Amazing after a long day. A few mosquitoes were buzzing around, which was annoying. Overall, not bad for a quick airport stay.

the response time for room service was slow (it took 30 minutes for water! ). however, the staff were friendly and the breakfast spread was impressive (loved the variety! cleanliness was top notch and the hotel felt super safe during my stay.

holiday inn express kolkata airport by ihg is super close to the airport, which made it easy to get some rest after my late flight. the modern room design and warm carpet really added to the comfy vibe. plus, the fitness center had everything you need for a good workout!

The complimentary breakfast featured award-winning local meats that were delicious and satisfying. however, the check-in process was frustratingly slow due to technical issues, and the bathroom layout compromised privacy. Some areas in the room showed signs of wear, suggesting a need for updates.

Had a fantastic time enjoying the amazing food and relaxing ambiance. Only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit spotty at times. I’d choose this place again without hesitation!
